Do you have an enquiry form on your website? Here is a tip to help you increase the number of enquiries…keep it simple!
I am amazed by the number of websites that have complicated forms with lots of compulsory fields: your address, what time would you like an appointment, how would you like us to contact you…etc. The longer the form, the less likely it is that visitors will bother filling it in.
All that really matters are three things:
- A name
- An email address
- A phone number
As long as you have some basic contact details, you can call / email the client back and get all the other information you need.
